A row did not update

Open History → View results. Read the Xero message on that row, download Result CSV and check the invoice using Open in Xero. Fix the cause, then Refresh and Preview changes again. A NEEDS_REVIEW row may already have been written; check Xero before another attempt.

Correcting a completed change

Undo restores stored old dates on successful rows for 30 days. A date changed again since the update is skipped, so a later edit is preserved. Xero cannot clear a date again, so a date that was empty before the update stays in place; the preview says how many invoices this affects.

Connection and billing

Use Plan & connection for Manage subscription, Disconnect or the plan buttons. Sign out ends the session. Paddle is the merchant of record; checkout opens from the Plan page in the app.

Duemend writes only after you type the confirmation, and only to the organisation you chose. Xero can reject a date change (for example in a locked period); its ValidationException message appears on the affected row.
