Subscribe monthlyWhat counts
A successful date row is one invoice or bill whose date Xero accepted. Failed, skipped and undo rows do not consume your allowance. Uncertain write results reserve rows until reviewed. Undo is free for 30 days.

Which plan
The pass ends automatically after 7 days. Monthly renews until you cancel. Preview before buying. Checkout is handled by Paddle, the merchant of record. Each plan belongs to one organisation, so Buy the pass and Subscribe monthly first connect it through Xero, then open that plan in the app: Plan & connection has Buy 7-day pass and Subscribe monthly.
Undo and limits
Undo restores stored old dates on successful rows for 30 days. A date changed again since the update is skipped, so a later edit is preserved. Xero cannot clear a date again, so a date that was empty before the update stays in place; the preview says how many invoices this affects.
Load and Preview are free. Your first 10 successful rows per organisation are free, with no trial expiry. Maximum 1,000 rows per job; write calls contain at most 50 invoices. Reads above 10,000 invoices fail clearly without showing a partial list.

Three steps
Sign in with Xero
You sign in on Xero’s own page and choose the organisation. Duemend never sees your Xero password.
Pick invoices and new dates
Filter, tick the invoices or bills, choose the field and a rule such as +14 days, or upload a CSV or Excel file. The preview shows every old and new date.
Type UPDATE to confirm
Type UPDATE and the number of changes, for example UPDATE 12. You get a result per row, a result CSV and Undo for 30 days.
